Where do you deliver projects?
Across India. Where a site is outside our regular travel range, we will say so before quoting rather than after.
Are you certified?
Netfysys is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company, quality management and information security management respectively.
Are you tied to one manufacturer?
No. We design and support systems from around twenty manufacturers across compute, networking, security, and communications. Which one goes in depends on the site and the requirement, not on who we would rather sell.
Do you support what you install?
Yes, that is what the annual maintenance contract is for: preventive maintenance, 24/7 remote monitoring, help desk, and on-site attendance. The specific coverage and response commitments are set out in your contract.
Can you work alongside our existing IT team?
Yes. Engagements range from a one-off installation handed over to your team, through to a resident engineer on site. Tell us which shape fits and we will scope to it.
How long have you been doing this?
Netfysys Technologies India Private Limited was founded in Bengaluru in 2017, building on experience the team acquired over many years in the industry beforehand.
What IT infrastructure services does Netfysys provide?
Networking and enterprise Wi-Fi, cybersecurity and firewalls, servers and storage, IP telephony, CCTV and surveillance, data centre infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, and IT AMC support.
Do you provide firewall installation and configuration?
Yes. Firewall projects can include sizing, supply, installation, configuration, security policies, NAT, VPN, high availability, migration and optimisation.
Do you provide enterprise Wi-Fi solutions?
Yes. Enterprise Wi-Fi projects can include site assessment, access point planning, deployment, VLAN integration, guest Wi-Fi and network security.
Can Netfysys maintain an existing network?
Yes. Where the existing infrastructure is still viable we provide optimisation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and AMC support, without requiring a complete replacement.
Do you provide CCTV and access control?
Yes. IP CCTV, NVR and storage planning, access control, biometric attendance, visitor management and video wall solutions.
Do you provide server and storage solutions?
Yes. Rack, tower and blade servers, storage arrays, virtualisation, high availability and the related infrastructure around them.
